These capes represent 99s in sets of similar skills, and so they is only able to be gained by finding shard items when skilling at level 99. The shards won’t be common, so watch out for them within your inventory! Expert Skillcapes want cool, and each has a fresh and extravagant emote.

Your second Ninja update is caused by Player Power polls: new seasonal hiscores. You wanted a ‘Most Herbs Grown’ seasonal hiscore and - by George - that’s what you’re getting. We’re also running the favorite ‘Solo Zilyana Killcount’ hiscore table.
